Elon Musk has criticized singer Jennifer Lopez for speaking out against Donald Trump in a recent appearance at Kamala Harris’s campaign rally. The billionaire criticized the singer and questioned her silence regarding recent allegations against her ex-boyfriend, Sean “Diddy” Combs. During a conversation on Joe Rogan’s podcast, Musk highlighted Lopez’s past relationship with , claiming that she never warned the public about him despite the controversy surrounding him and his “weird” parties for which he now faces sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Over the years he has also faced several lawsuits alleging rape and sexual assault, including against minors.
Speaking to Rogan, Musk commented: “J Lo was like his ex-girlfriend and now it’s like she’s warning people about Trump. How many people has she warned about Diddy, right? Oh, none of them, okay. Maybe ‘We shouldn’t trust her.’”
Rogan confirmed Musk’s comments, saying, “It’s funny that so many of those who attended his meetings are now outspoken supporters of Harris.”
Musk then pressed on, saying, “People in the music entertainment industry had to know that Diddy was essentially abusing children and they kept feeding him. Where’s the accountability? They had to know.”
Lopez, who dated Diddy from 1999 to 2001, has not publicly commented on the controversy surrounding him. Recent allegations from both men and women have accused Diddy of abuse and assault in incidents spanning more than two decades, some of which are said to coincide with the time he and Lopez were together. The allegations, which have surfaced in recent months, have sparked renewed scrutiny of Diddy’s past, as well as calls for answers for those close to him at the time.
Lopez has yet to respond to Musk’s comments.
